Our Seller representation is designed around "Preparation, Protection, Value & Exposure".  It is paramount that the marketing mandates are prepared and in place the day a Seller's home goes on the "Open Market".  It is at this time a home may get the most interest and inquiries due to the "Buyer Pool" waiting for homes to become available.  Our brokerage helps protect Sellers by preparing a comprehensive disclosure package which includes the mandatory disclosures plus a pest control report and a physical inspection report.
