My husband, children and I relocated from Naples, FL to Rancho Santa
Fe, CA. During that process we went through three transactions with Al
Plattner, every which one was complex in its own way.

Adrienne and I purchased our home in Solana Beach with Al as our
agent. It was not a typical transaction, because he was also the agent
for the seller. Al has total integrity and worked for both parties, so
that everyone was fully satisfied.
The transaction was
further complicated by the fact that we lived 2,000 miles away, so
everything had to be done long distance. Al was very helpful in lining
up the mechanical inspection, a surveyor, and a remodeling contractor,
so that we did not have to be on site. He also found a very good
mortgage broker, who took care of us long distance.
A totally pleasant
experience and we would certainly recommend him to others. We are not
planning on moving, but if we do, we would first call Al.
